MANITOBA MARLINS @ UCSC GRAND PRIX
The Manitoba Marlins sent 23 swimmers to
the UCSC Grand Prix in Calgary, Alberta on the weekend. There were over 400
swimmers from Alberta, BC and Manitoba competing at the meet. Marlins swimmers
had been anticipating this competition for months and as a result performed
very well. This meet was great opportunity for our swimmers to compete against
different swimmers and race in a unique short course to long course meet
format. As well this competition served as preparation for Canadian Age Group
Championships to be held in Calgary this summer.
