The Manitoba Marlins Swim Club are pleased to be the only club in Manitoba offering a year long, comprehensive learn-to-swim program, taught by professional coaches at a world class facility! The structure of our program is designed to teach a series of skills that will provide a foundation upon which children will become safe and proficient in the water.
Our philosophy is one that values the individual development of each swimmer. We offer a well structured program with progression monitored on an ongoing basis. As swimmers progress through the Mini Marlins program, the emphasis continues to be on the acquisition of aquatic fundamentals.
Throughout the year, swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in unsanctioned, skill based “Mini Meets”, which are designed to introduce the competitive aspect of our sport in a fun and safe environment!
Objectives and Focus of MINI MARLINS SWIM SCHOOL:
- Development of speed, power and endurance through age/ stage appropriate activities
- Basic movement literacy
- ABC’s (agility, balance, coordination and speed)
Registration Guidelines for MINI MARLINS SWIM SCHOOL:
We accept ongoing registration in our Mini Marlins Swim School program. If your child is between the ages of 6 and 12 years old and has completed Red Cross Swim Kids Level 4, please contact our coaching staff. Assessments can take place at anytime. (please call the MARLINS office at 453-4213 or e-mail manitobamarlins@mts.net to schedule an assessment)

Please return completed forms, along with applicable fees, to the MARLINS office either in person, or by mail.
All swimmers in Manitoba must also register with Swim Canada. Once you have registered with the MARLINS, an email will be sent to you from Swim Canada. Please complete the National Registration process through the link provided in the Swim Canada email. Please refer to the Family Registration Guide and the Returning Swimmers Registration Start Up Guide.

Wednesday: 5:30-6:30pm
Level 2 (twice a week):
Monday/ Friday: 5:30-6:30 pm
Wednesday/Friday: 7:00-8:00 pm

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 5:30-6:30 pm
